Questions
Before you send your reports
Can't find your question? Ask us on WhatsApp. A member of the medical team replies.
How do I start?
Send your medical history and recent reports by WhatsApp or through the form. Our doctors review them free of charge and, if appropriate, prepare a personal treatment plan.
Do I need to travel before the assessment?
No. Your records are reviewed remotely first. You only travel once you have a written plan and have decided to go ahead.
How much does treatment cost?
The cost depends on your condition and plan. You receive the full cost in writing with your personal plan, before you decide anything.
Are there side effects or risks?
As with any medical treatment, side effects and risks can occur. Most reported side effects are mild and temporary, such as discomfort at the injection site, tiredness or a slight fever. Your individual risks are discussed before any decision.
Can you guarantee a result?
No. Our doctors decide for each patient, after the medical review, whether a program is suitable, and explain what may and may not be expected.
Is stem cell therapy permissible (Halal) in Islam?
It is generally considered permissible when the cells come from acceptable sources and the treatment follows the relevant ethical and religious guidelines. We are happy to discuss the source of cells used in your plan.
Which languages do you speak?
We reply in English, Arabic, Russian and Spanish, and arrange interpreters during your stay.
